Duties:

Beacon Credit Union in Lynchburg, Virginia is hiring a full-time Call Center Manager. Candidate will provide support to customers on products and services and lead and manage the Call Center Team. This position requires self-motivation, leadership skills, and strong customer service skills. The candidate must possess the ability to manage staff, recommend and research calling platforms and provide monthly matrix to Management. Candidate will be able to resolve questions and concerns pertaining to customer accounts, system issues, assist with incoming calls, coaching and scheduling of a success team.
