Tidewater Chapter Seeks to Award Education Scholarship
The Tidewater Chapter is accepting submissions for its 2024 Leigh Ann Graham Scholarship (formerly the Jack E. O’Connor Scholarship). The Scholarship provides support for deserving high school seniors who are members of Tidewater Chapter credit unions. Applications must be postmarked by April 16, 2024, to be eligible for consideration.
The scholarship program is named for Leigh Ann Graham, a longtime volunteer leader for the Tidewater Chapter of Credit Unions. In her two-plus decades of service to the Chapter, her work supported the Chapter Scholarship program, which has awarded more than $180,000 in scholarships to high school seniors, and she was the driving force behind the Chapter’s charity golf tournament, which has raised more than $136,300 for Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters, the Norfolk-based Children's Miracle Network Hospital.
