Relevant Experience: In my present role as the BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) Operations Supervisor, I work closely with creating, updating and approving procedures relating to regulatory requirements. I have learned that writing procedures that are sustainable and repeatable ensure regulatory compliance and create effective processes. During my role as Operations Manager for 15 years at The United Methodist Credit Union, I was responsible for the efficiency of the overall operations. I also managed ACH transactions as the ODFI and RDFI according to NACHA rules.
