Job Openings: Generalist (Verona)

Duties:

Augusta County Federal Credit Union is seeking a Credit Union Generalist.

Primary Function:

Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union.  Assist members daily with Credit Union transactions, while providing confidential, courteous and professional service.  Provide account information by phone or in person, as well as information on the full range of credit union products and services. Employee will be cross trained and provide backup support on multiple functions including ACH, Collections and Debit Cards.  Be knowledgeable about the daily operations of the Credit Union.  Manage many Credit Union duties in a day without any one major focus. Provide a variety of transactional services to members.

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

Prefer 1-3 years of bank or credit union experience and prior work in cash handling, ACH, debit card, or operations would be a plus.  Good written and oral communication, computer and technology skills.  Organizational and time management skills.  If you are looking for a broader position with some potential management responsibility, this position could be a good opportunity for you.
