The Contact Center Assistant Manager serves in a leadership capacity in promoting and maintaining a remarkable sales and service culture. This individual monitors Contact Center operations to ensure a professional image and approach are being consistently exercised. The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing call volume, assisting with performance reviews, monitoring calls, providing coaching sessions, and improving processes and procedures. This individual will be a highly energized self-starter that can motivate a team to achieve success through creative and innovative methods. The individual assists the Contact Center Manager in the daily operation of the department in meeting the Credit Union and departmental goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager also works in coordination with management on special projects as required.


What You’ll Bring

  • Two-year degree or equivalent education desired.
  • Minimum 2 years of financial institution experience required.
  • A working knowledge of call center operations to coordinate the daily functioning of the department and to resolve employee and customer problems.
  • Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
  • A sense of positivity, belief, and a can do attitude.
  • Effective sales, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, highly collaborative work environment.
  • A desire to work in a fast paced environment, that strives for excellence.
  • High levels of communication, interpersonal and leadership skills necessary to represent ACFCU in a positive manner in dealing with members and team members.
