Duties:

Argent Federal Credit Union is seeking a Training and Development Manager to join our team. As a Training & Development Manager, you are a critical member of our team. If you’re driven by a passion to do something meaningful that changes lives, Argent Credit Union is the place for you. In this role you will assess the learning and development needs of our business and implement company-wide training programs that help drive productivity and enhance the effectiveness of our workforce. The successful candidate will partner and build relationships with management and others in the Credit Union to achieve established business goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree + 3-5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning & Development within a financial industry.
