Duties:

Interior Federal Credit Union is seeking a Loan Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists the Lending Department and members with consumer loan applications; process loan applications and prepare all necessary loan documents. Handle administrative duties within the department.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Must have good communication skills. 10-key calculator, typewriter, and keyboard skills. An ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds (files, file cabinets, file boxes, etc.) Some travel required. Financial institution office environment requiring the use of standard office equipment including computer, fax, copier, scanner, telephone, etc.

Salary and Benefits:

$17-19/hour with an opportunity to earn quarterly incentives.
