EMERGE Leadership Module May 24: Learn How to Lead Strategically, Communicate With Impact
The leader is the key to the success of any team. The leader shapes the culture, focus, and direction of the team and sets the expectation. The performance of any team is the direct result of the effectiveness of its leader. Through this workshop, leaders will learn how to shape employee mindset, develop effective behaviors, coach to skills, and improve results through coaching and accountability. While this May 24 in-person event is part of our EMERGE Leadership Certification, anyone can attend!

CFPB Issues a Small Business Lending Collection and Reporting Requirements Guide
The CFPB is supplying resources to help the banking industry understand and comply with the small business lending rule, which implements section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act. Your League is also offering a webinar on May 22 focused on mandatory compliance issues related to the rule.

Small CU Business Partner Showcase Set for May 18, June 15
CUNA and CUNA Strategic Services have two webinars planned to showcase the product offerings of InterLutions (May 18) and Zest AI (June 15). Both organizations will focus on their small credit union offerings, with InterLutions covering its employee benefits solutions and Zest AI providing an overview of its AI-powered lending solutions.
