It's Do or Die for Our CU Legislation: Email Your Lawmakers Today!

Credit unions: We desperately need your help as we work to push our public deposits bill over the finish line! Please ask your staff, co-workers and officials to email lawmakers today in support of HB 1205. To date, we’ve generated 216 messages to lawmakers. We need significantly more support if lawmakers are going to consider this a top-of-mind concern for constituents.

With the simple input of a home address, credit union champions can email their lawmakers in a few simple clicks.

League Outlines Service Additions, Enhancements for Small CUs

Small credit unions: Please be on the lookout for an email from League President/CEO Carrie Hunt, which outlines several service additions and enhancements your League is offering in 2024. “Credit unions’ success is our sole mission, and I appreciated small credit unions’ input and feedback as the League worked to create a broader menu of services for small credit unions while maintaining and enhancing those core services on which you’ve come to rely,” noted Hunt.

Small Credit Unions: Opportunities to Attend, Participate in Upcoming GAC

Small credit unions ($120 million or less in assets): You can participate at no charge in the GACSmall Credit Union Roundtable, slated for Sunday, March 3 ( 1 p.m.-3:30 p.m.). To register, follow the GAC registration link, then select the roundtable. It’s essentially a no-cost add-on to your registration.
