Virginia-Based CUs Make American Banker’s 'Top CUs to Work For'

Honorees on this year's list from American Banker of the Best Credit Unions to Work For are developing programs that meet the needs of current employees and entice new generations of talent to join.

Seventy credit unions were honored this year, spanning across the U.S. and ranging in size from as small as 22 employees at PAHO/WHO Federal Credit Union in Washington, D.C., to as large as 3,258 team members at America First Credit Union in Riverdale, Utah.

Those that made the list were selected through two different surveys with the help of Best Companies Group.

Making the list here in the Commonwealth are No. 17 – Justice Federal Credit Union; No. 22 – Truliant Federal Credit Union (League associate member); No. 43 – Northwest Federal Credit Union; No. 46 – Apple Federal Credit Union; and No. 53 - Chartway Credit Union.
