CUs’ Public Deposits Bill: Your Help Needed!

Our grassroots efforts to fight for HB 1205, our public deposits bill, continue and we’re urging credit union champions to email lawmakers today in support of the measure.

Email Lawmakers

If you previously emailed your lawmakers, we hope you’ll do so again. To date, we’ve generated 400 messages to lawmakers. Help us reach 1,000 this week by urging your co-workers, board members and family members to get involved! It takes two minutes to email lawmakers!

We’re also pleased to report that our legislation has recently picked up three co-patrons – Dels. Nadarius Clark (D-84), Rozia Henson Jr. (D-19), and Marty Martinez (D-29). If you happen to reside in the district of one of these lawmakers, please pass on your appreciation. Del. Alfonso Lopez (D-3) is the original patron.
