Kimberly Mills Joins ABNB as Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer

ABNB would like to welcome Kimberly Mills to our Commercial Mortgage team and is also excited to offer Commercial Real Estate Loans and Construction Lending as part of our Commercial Mortgage department.
In Mills’ new role as Commercial Mortgage Loan Officer, she develops and originates mortgage loans, as well as supervises a portfolio of commercial accounts, loan products, and deposits with the overall objective of maintaining and increasing its asset quality and scope. Mills also represents ABNB in the local community through active participation in community affairs and by participating in the marketing of our products and services.
ABNB’s Commercial Real Estate Loans are offered at competitive, fixed rates for the purchase or refinance of commercial properties. They are also available for owner-occupied or investment properties, with repayment terms customized to fit the unique needs of local businesses. Mills serves the Hampton Roads and Northeastern North Carolina region with dedication, working with each member to ensure their needs are met with excellent service.
Mills is a retired US Navy service member, who has worked as a Loan Officer in Hampton Roads for 10 years. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Old Dominion University and is a certified Mortgage Loan Officer with the National Mortgage Lender Services Registry (NMLSR). Mills has displayed integrity, leadership, team spirit, and excellent communication skills throughout her career, and we are excited to have her in this new role at ABNB.
