InFirst Federal Credit Union (InFirst) has provided financial services to members for more than 87 years and is named one of the best credit unions to work for. InFirst is seeking a Member Service Representative for our King George Branch. The right candidate will float to our Fredericksburg Branch when needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists members and potential members with their financial needs in person and over the telephone.
  • Process account transactions, resolve problems, and provide assistance regarding products and services.
  • Performs a broad range of branch and teller activities in person, over the telephone, by mail, email, fax, and online services.

If you have excellent interpersonal skills and previous call center, teller, and/or member service experience, we want you to join our team. The right candidate must have the ability to deal with difficult members, resolve problems, and work well under pressure. Hours include daytime, evenings, and weekends.


Education and Skills Experience

A high school education or GED is required. A minimum of six months to two years’ experience in member service, lending, collections, or related experience. Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of credit union products and services. Also, candidates must have the ability to be successful in a fast pace work environment.
