InFirst Federal Credit Union, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, is searching for a President/Chief Executive Officer. The CEO is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the credit union while ensuring the continuation of consistent and responsible growth. This individual is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, leadership, and management of all functional areas. Working in conjunction with the board of directors, the President/CEO will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives as established in the strategic plan while maintaining the credit union’s financial health and stability. The President/CEO is responsible for ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about member service and exhibits strong interpersonal communication skills, exceptional leadership qualities, and possesses the ability to lead organizational change while inspiring and motivating the employees of InFirst Federal Credit Union.
Qualified candidates must possess at a minimum a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of progressive management experience.
