The United Methodist Credit Union (TUMCU), a faith-based financial institution in Richmond, is seeking a full-time credit union generalist to join our team. As Member Services Director, you will interact with our members and lead our member-facing experiences. You may also have other duties within our group - from consumer lending to operations.
Our mission is to help the churches, pastors, and laity that make up our membership base.
The right candidate should be willing and able to multitask, become proficient with our systems, process transactions, and give all our members a great experience.
While we prefer at least some credit union or banking experience, previous experience in customer service and/or financial transactions is required. Of course, you’ll need to handle sensitive information with discretion, and we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
