Henrico Federal Credit Union, a $412 Million credit union serving 32,000 members in Richmond, Virginia, is currently seeking a service-driven Systems Analyst to support Credit Union activities using information systems assets primarily focused on digital resources and network maintenance (such as Digital Banking, online applications, electronic signatures, reporting tools, core related applications and ancillary equipment). Performs timely and effective end-user support services. Maintains computers and peripheral equipment. Maintains effective business relationships and communication with end-users and outside vendors.
The successful candidate must possess knowledge of network operations and all related computer hardware and software, phone systems and their configuration, as well as a general understanding of Credit Union operations and output requirements.
Candidate must be able to successfully:

- demonstrates a great internal service commitment and ability to work well within a team-focused environment, while promoting positive work relations.
High school graduate (or equivalent) with two years of computer-related college coursework or vocational school training and appropriate certification [four-year college degree in information technology (or related field) preferred]; one year of experience [two preferred] with PC hardware and software configuration and network support functions; previous experience at a financial institution or credit union preferred; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
