Credit Union Strategic & Customized Planning
Planning is vital for the continued success of your credit union. Our objective is to assist boards of directors in establishing the current priorities and future direction of the credit union. A planning session is the crucial first step in the cycle of planning, directing, and controlling. Planning sessions allow participants to interact outside the normal credit union environment.
During the session, members share ideas and brainstorm while developing or reviewing a vision for the future. The ongoing mission of the credit union is reviewed along with identifying strengths and weaknesses inherent to the credit union. In addition, the opportunities available to the credit union are identified and threats facing the credit union are thoroughly examined. Goals are developed for the future of the credit union along with the strategies necessary to achieve them.
