HOTEL

The Spring conference will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport Hotel (formerly Wyndham Richmond Airport Hotel), 4700 S. Laburnum Avenue Richmond, VA 23231. 

Hotel rates start at $79 per night. To make hotel reservations, call 804-226-4300 and ask for Virginia Credit Union League group rate.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY APRIL 19TH.

COST

$145 per day per person, registration for May 3rd is $65 per person.
REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 22nd.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Registration and continental breakfast will begin at 8:30 a.m. each day. The conference sessions on Wednesday and Thursday will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be served both days. Friday's session will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:15 p.m. No lunch will be served on Friday.

ATTIRE

Attire for the conference is business casual. Be sure to bring a light sweater or jacket since meeting room temperatures can vary.

All cancellations must be in writing for any refund to be made to the credit union. No refunds will be granted if a cancellation is received after April 22, 2013.
