Job Description:

CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union has an immediate opportunity for a self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic Call Center Specialist in our Alexandria, VA location. 

Call Center Specialists provide professional and courteous service to Credit Union members and work in a fast pace team environment. Candidates are responsible for providing account information, referring products and services, and meeting sales and service goals established by the Credit Union. 

Qualifications for this position:

  • Ability to demonstrate sales techniques to recommend products and services
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • One year Call Center/Financial Institution experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability is a plus
