Middletown, Pa. (Jan. 23, 2014) – Credit union members will soon have more convenient ways to handle their financial business. Through a partnership with Cedar Falls, Iowa-based Banno, MY CU® Services will offer credit unions a white-labeled mobile app that provides anytime, anywhere access to members’ financial accounts and details – even from different financial institutions.

MY CU Services, a Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union CUSO, recently signed with Banno, a firm offering mobile-enabled websites and applications, to provide the new app to credit unions.

“This is an up-to-the-minute financial aggregation application incorporating the latest mobile technology – something today’s on-the-go members have grown to expect,” said Drew J. Kishbaugh, president/CEO of MY CU Services.

Wade Arnold, CEO of Banno, agrees. “This partnership will offer hundreds of credit unions a powerful mobile presence and account aggregation tool. It empowers MY CU Services’ credit unions to be the go-to brand for monitoring cash flow, enabling their members to understand their money flow simply and without clutter. We are excited to support MY CU Services with technical solutions that will improve service, performance, and growth in the credit union industry.”

The app – called Mobile Pay – is now available. With it, credit union members can monitor and manage all of their accounts from any smartphone. Mobile Pay provides the information that consumers need to know about their finances on the go, including balance inquiries, notifications, statements, and account-limit alerts.

Kishbaugh also says Mobile Pay can be customized to reflect a credit union’s unique brand. Further, no technology investment or core integration is required.

Key features of Mobile Pay include:

  • Account aggregation
  • Instant access to transaction and account activities
  • Automatic updated balances
  • Account-to-account fund transfers
  • Branch and ATM location search
  • Remote deposit capture

“Working with Banno, we’ve created a program that delivers both convenience and ease of use. It gives our credit union clients a highly desired service to offer their members that will increase member loyalty and retention,” said Kishbaugh.
