Woodbridge, VA, January 2, 2013 - Belvoir Federal Credit Union implemented a new technology called DigitalPersona, a biometrics fingerprint authentication system, for their employees mid-December 2012.
DigitalPersona offers state-of-the-art Software Development Kits (SDKs) that are used globally to add fingerprint authentication to commercial applications. We are always looking for ways to help the employees serve members more efficiently,” stated George Ksenics, Belvoir Federal’s Director of Information Technology.
The new technology was well received by employees. The Contact Center department stated that this device helped in moving between systems more quickly, which in turn helped assist members more effectively.
